They have over 500,000 pallets in stock to sell and ship around the country. I myself cant use returned merchandise or pallets of stuff that look all mangled or a pallet of 5 different items but many can.Quicklotz is a national warehouse liquidator and leading wholesale liquidation company, selling products at the lowest prices possible. I found some sites with the same deals on the same number of items or better (that is some of the stuff I was talking about -since its not a real liquidation, others are selling it too.) I will still look on there but with a careful eye. Straight from factory to (just my opinion.) If you see a good bargin on there, search the web for the same thing. That merchandise was never in a store or never intended to be in a store.

I've just seen some lots that I think were soley created to be liquidations and that my friend is not a liquidation. Some of it is actual liquidation and a person could do well selling items bought on there but you have to get the right price including fees and you have to have the right kind of store. I think that manufacturers are just purposely making lots to specifically call it a liquidation but it will never run dry, that is based on certain items selling on there. Lately I've been looking at them and it just appears to me that I just don't think that a lot of their stuff is actually liquidation stuff.

I closed my account (they wouldn't delete all my information upon request) after two purchases. Personally, I don't feel that there is a lot of hands on management, at least not in a timely manner, the same for communication, and they are not very forthcoming about policies and procedures. Not the worst company out there, but hardly the best.

As with the entire industry there are problems with lot conditions (I doubt there is a single wholesaler willing to sell smaller lots that doesn't mingle damages and returns with new merchandise), inflated manifests, and the occasional full on con. They finally stopped allowing Amazon returns to be listed as new, but there are a lot of listings that are not manifested and/or vaguely worded. If you only read the title there's a good chance you will get burned. Thoroughly reading the ratings is a smart move to get an idea of other buyer experiences. I think how customers fare with the merchandise itself really depends on the seller. Given that they start charging late fees for nonpayment before customers are likely to straighten out a combined shipping plan, it could be construed as misleading, not financially advantageous at best. The odds of that happening without waiting forever or just being told that someone will have to call you back are slim to none. You have to call and speak to a representative. The vaguely referenced combined shipping is not likely to happen. You must set up a payment before placing a bid rather than simply before paying for merchandise. In order to be informed about all their policies (at least the ones that are disclosed) you pretty much have to scan page by page and even then you still won't know everything you need before making a purchase. Their website is not set up well to educate first time customers. I called to dispute again and the customer service lady cussed me out and hung up on me because I wanted to talk to a manager about the accuracy of their descriptions. These were complete lies! I opened claims for both pallets and they were denied because they said they were salvaged and that means they can be garbage and slashed, but no where anywhere does it mention that and the fact that is says great for resellers is an absolute lie in itself. Nope they are just completely different sizes (ex: Right side is a 9 and left size is a 5.5). You cant use that for resell, or for parts! When they say mis matched, that to me means that the other match is in the box they just didn't put everything together.

These pallets are literal GARBAGE! Over 50% of the shoes were slashed. This time I ordered 2 pallets equaling too much money! These were salvaged pallets but the description claimed they were great for resellers, and they might have mis matched shoes, some damages, and could be good for parts. I had ordered from them in the past and had no issues so I felt okay ordering again.
